What a wonderful photo! He looks casual, yet assured. She looks happy and relaxed. I like how she is leaning toward him. Interesting how their jackets are exactly the same length. Who are these people and what year is it? Was he on his way to war or home from the war?
Nancy, there were no names on the photo. I believe it's my Uncle Lionel and his first wife Mary Ellen, they were married in 1939. He was in the army during WW II. I love how she is dressed, I always assume that women only wore dresses during that time period.
